Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you share with us through this website. Last updated October 30, 2026.
This policy explains how Blue Exigo, Inc. (“Blue Exigo,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through this website. We keep it short because the site collects very little.
Information we collect
Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, and message, the service you’re interested in, and, if you choose to provide them, your company and phone number.
IP address for spam protection. To prevent abuse, the contact form limits how many messages can be sent from one connection (5 per 10 minutes). For this, our web server stores a keyed one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) together with the times of your submissions from the last 10 minutes. These entries are deleted automatically the first time the contact page is opened or a message is sent after they are more than 10 minutes old.
Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider (HostGator) automatically records standard request information such as IP address, date and time, pages requested, and browser type in server logs used for security and operations. These logs are kept according to the hosting provider’s practices.
Cookies and what we don’t collect. This website itself does not set any cookies, and it does not use analytics, advertising, social-media tracking pixels, or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider’s security systems may set a strictly necessary cookie when they need to check that a visitor is not an automated program (for example, a short-lived bot-check cookie whose name begins with “humans_”). Such cookies are used only to protect the site from abuse, not to track you. Our fonts and images are served from our own server, not from third-party services. Links to LinkedIn and Facebook take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
How we use it
We use contact-form information only to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about the services you asked about. We use IP information only to protect the form from abuse and to keep the site secure.
How it’s processed and shared
Messages you submit are delivered to our business email, which is provided by Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation), using Microsoft’s email service. The website itself is hosted by HostGator. These providers process the information on our behalf. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
Messages you send through the form are kept in our Microsoft 365 business mailbox for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, then deleted when they’re no longer needed. Rate-limiting entries are deleted as described above, normally soon after 10 minutes. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider according to its own retention practices.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Email credentials are stored outside the public website, and access is limited to sending from a single business mailbox. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you sent us. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we don’t sell or share it), to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we don’t collect it), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, call us at 949.464.8501 or use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
